The user has the opportunity to choose a service from among those presented on the site. The terms governing them apply to all available services and products. Ihus.TV may change the Terms at any time or terminate their provision.
Payment terms:
Payment is made monthly, quarterly or at other times regulated by the selected tariff plan.

We accept payment using the following list of cards: Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover Card.

All invoices are payable according to their activation dates. After 30 days or more after deactivation, your access to your account on our website will be completely closed.
Terms of refund:
Our priority is to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the Service. We understand that no service can work perfectly for everyone and always. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have a problem that we could not solve, we will be more than happy to provide a refund to the details you specified.

We cannot provide a refund for technical reasons if you do not allow us to properly try to solve your problem and help you. If we cannot solve your problem within 24 hours, we will refund your money. You can contact our support team at any time if you need help.

If the reason still persists, you should contact us by specifying the ID of your order with the subject: "Refund request", describe in your email the problems you have encountered and the reason for this request. The email address that was used to place the order and the email address from which the request was made must match.

The refund can only be made within 24 hours after placing the order. No refund will be made after 24 hours.

We will do our best to refund the funds immediately after receiving the request and verifying the user information. It takes from 3 to 31 business days to display the refund on the customer's bank account, however, in some cases, the refund can happen much faster.

No refund is provided if: The User requests a refund 24 hours after placing the order. The client is not satisfied with the composition or filling of the package. If some channels are frozen, buffered, or intermittently do not work, because this behavior is possible for a variety of reasons, and sometimes beyond our control.
